  • Generic lists with no explanation
  • Overuse of filler or repetition
  • AI-generated drafts with no human refinement

Content Structure & SEO Requirements

To maintain consistency and performance:

  • Use clear headings (H2, H3)
  • Write in short paragraphs (2โ€“4 lines max)
  • Include bullet points where helpful
  • Keep tone professional and direct

Required Elements

  • Title: Clear, benefit-driven
  • Meta description: Max 160 characters
  • Featured image: Provide URL (relevant and high quality)
  • Images (if used): Include ALT text

Where relevant, naturally link to:

  • InPeaks articles within your topic area
  • Related ideas that enhance reader understanding

Avoid forced or irrelevant links.


Quality & Integrity Requirements

  • Content must be 100% original and unpublished elsewhere
  • Properly cite any external references
  • No plagiarism or content rewriting

AI Usage Policy

  • AI-assisted writing is allowed only if heavily edited and human-refined
  • Content must demonstrate original thinking and real insight
  • Low-effort AI content will be rejected without review
  • Maximum 1โ€“2 relevant, non-promotional links allowed
  • No keyword-stuffed anchor text
  • No affiliate, spam, or disguised promotional links
