InPeaks.com began with a simple idea to share practical insights that help people grow in work and life.
My journey with the internet started early. In 2001, during my school days, I created my first personal website using a Google subdomain. That curiosity continued into college, where in 2003 I co-created a site called neoflames.com, focused on mobile ringtones and wallpapers. Although it didn’t continue due to academic commitments, it sparked a lasting interest in building online platforms.
After completing my engineering in 2006, I went through a challenging period searching for job opportunities. During that time, I started a family website, chittilappilly.com, which involved translating and organizing our family tree and records from Malayalam into English with support from my father, C.C. Antonees. The site ran for about two years but had to be discontinued as it wasn’t financially sustainable.
In 2010, I began my career in the IT industry, gaining deeper knowledge of computer systems and security. Despite this, my interest in the internet and online communities never faded. I saw the web as a powerful platform for sharing knowledge and connecting people.
That’s when the idea for InPeaks took shape.
Initially, InPeaks started with categories like career, family, and society, and later evolved to include education and wellness. Over time, additional formats like podcasts and quotes were introduced to make the platform more engaging.
From 2016 onwards, I began focusing more seriously on building and growing the platform learning and working on content management systems like WordPress, along with SEO, analytics, hosting, design, plugins, and digital marketing tools.
While InPeaks may not yet match the scale of larger platforms that started earlier, the journey has always been guided by one principle:
Never give up. Keep building. Keep improving.
Today, InPeaks has grown into a platform that brings together insights from experts and contributors across career, mindset, productivity, wellness, and business—with a focus on ideas that are practical, meaningful, and applicable in everyday life.
The goal is to continue building InPeaks into a sustainable platform that delivers consistent, high-quality insights for readers around the world.
