1.     Exercise 1

This exercise refers to as the opposition exercise. These are the steps to take:

  • Relax the brow area, placing under each eyebrow the three middle fingers of each hand.
  • Secondly, allow your hand palms to stand flat while resting on your face.
  • Then push your eyebrows up and out gently in gradual repeated attempts while your eyes are open. Hold for six seconds in that position.
  • Slowly and gently push your brows in a downwards movement with your eyes still open against your fingers. Keep this position for about six seconds.
  • Back to the beginning position with the muscles
  • Remove the resistance of your finger.

Aim at least 10-12 steps with eyes closed close in six counts; muscles returned in 10 steps. The frequency should be five times a day in a row. After each performance, you need to remove your hands and monitor the results.

Always relax your face and hands and take several deep breaths to promote blood circulation to the face after each repeat. This workout uses resistance to improve muscles around the eyebrow area.

2. Exercise 2

In this exercise, you keep your eyes closed throughout the session. It’s an easy exercise for uplifting droopy eyebrows.

  • Keep your eyes wholly shut as tightly as possible.
  • Look down as much as you can with your eyes closed for 5 secs. By now, you should feel a little pull.
  • Try to look up as far as you can. You should feel a slight tug. Do this for 5 seconds, then relax.
  • Repeat the whole exercise 6 times a day.

3. Exercise 3

The next exercise is straightforward and will produce predicted long-term results if done every day. It can also prevent the development of lines and wrinkles on the forehead by strengthening the skin.

  • Open your eyes and look directly forward.
  • Move your eyebrows up in 5 even steps. You can see that your upper eyes are no longer overlapping. Pay attention to the sides of the tabs and brows, which are thinner and harder to move.
  • Turn down your eyes by looking at the tip of your nose and stay a few seconds in this position.
  • Then raise your eyebrows and take another couple of seconds to the ceiling and relax.

The frequency should be as many times as you like until your muscles are controlled.

Ensure that you move all the muscles involved to a full range, about half to 3/4 centimeters, without tensions or assistance by the muscles around.

4. Exercise 4

This exercise is also known as a frowning facial expression. You should certainly try this practice when you find your eyebrows drop. Track these steps:

  • In a ‘scowl’ position, squeeze your facial muscles and hold.
  • Push down the eyebrows toward the eyes.
  • Open your eyes wide and as far as possible, lift your brows.
  • Repeat the exercise six times.

Do these 15 to 20 times a session and three times a day to get the best results.

This final exercise is for exercising the muscles around your eyes and eyebrows, which refers to closed Eye lift. The steps include:

  • Close your eyes completely and hold them for a second.
  • Then lift your eyebrows to the highest point and keep your eyelids shut.
  • Hold each repeat for a few seconds before proceeding to the next.

A total of 10 to 15 repeats is ideal for each session. You can complete this exercise up to three times a day.

How to Do the Exercises Correctly

  • Clean your hands before you start the exercise.
  • Doing them when lying down is the best approach.
  • Do the exercises consistently by adding them to your routine.
  • Apply firm facial creams or lotions on your skin every day.
  • Avoid pulling or tugging your skin aggressively to prevent wrinkles.

Raising your eyebrows can help to firm the front and stimulate the flow of blood to your face. In a week, you may start noticing a firmer, younger appearance on your eyes and upper eyes.
