Being a leader to gain publicity, position, power, recognition, money and fame is not the right form of true leadership. Everyone has leadership qualities. Some realize that they have it, some understand that they need to develop it and some feel that it is only meant for influential people.
There is no need of a leader if all things operate smoothly on earth. You cannot find leadership skills in good situations and the leaders who are behaving to be one are not essentially authentic. You will experience leadership when you are in a crucial, critical and crisis situations.
