Reboot The Orbi Router:

• Disconnect the power cord from the device.
• Wait for a while and connect it again to the power source.
• Give some time for the router to boot up and check for the light on the router.

• For this, you need to turn off the modem, router, and satellites. 
• Be patient while the whole process gets completed.

How to do it: 

• Ensure that the modem, router, and satellite are unplugged from the power source.
• Activate the modem by connecting it to the power source. It will take some time for it to reboot and stabilize.
• Reconnect the Orbi router and the satellite to the power source and turn them on. 
• Let them boot and connect.

Advice: Do all the things in the specified order. Is your router good to go now? 

If not, then try the next step:

Synchronization between Router and Satellite:

Look for the Sync button on the Orbi router and the satellite. These buttons need to be pressed within two minutes. Wait till they are getting synced.

After that, Check the color of the light. This color will indicate the status of the Orbi Satellite.

If it is blue: Successful Syncing process with a good connection between the devices.

If it is amber (orange): Syncing is successful, but a weak connection between the devices.

And If it blinks purple (magenta): It fails to sync. Try the syncing process again. 

Connectivity issue at ISP’s end: 

If you are still unable to eradicate the problem, then you can contact your Internet Service Provider. It might be the reason that the network maintenance is not good on ISP’s end. • Power up the router. The indicator will be steady green. 
• If there is no light, press the power button to boot it.

Step 1: Launch a web browser of your choice on your computer or smartphone. Make sure that this device is connected to the Orbi network.

Step 2: Now, Enter the URL http://orbilogin.com into the address bar.

The login window will display on your screen.

Step 3: Enter the router’s username and password and other details if asked. Then click on the login button.

Kindly Note: The user name and the password both are case-sensitive, so consider this point while entering the information.

Step 4: To set the desired password, Go to the Advanced Section and click on the Administration option.
