2. Adopt a Healthy Balanced Diet

To have a better chance of living longer, it would be best that you stop smoking. It’s better to quit smoking at a younger age to reduce the chances of suffering the implications.

7. Drink Moderately

If you love enjoying your alcoholic beverage, ensure that you take it moderately. Understand that alcohol has many effects on your body that can affect your lifespan. First, alcohol weakens your immune system making you prone to diseases. Additionally, drinking can cause liver inflammations like cirrhosis.

To avoid the adverse effects, ensure to cut your drinking. To follow this plan, ensure not to drink on an empty stomach. Also, avoid putting yourself in situations where you might indulge in heavy drinking.

Human relationships also help boost your longevity. Staying connected helps improve your physical and mental health. In addition, humans need each other to survive. Hence, with these connections, you’ll know that there are people who care about you, which promotes your health.
