Currently, he is the Chairman of V-Guard Industries Ltd and a chain of amusement parks called Wonder La. He runs the K. Chittilappilly Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by him.

It takes care of the charitable and philanthropic services. His wife is a businesswoman who manages the business house called V-Star Creations.

On the side of social issues, Kochouseph leads the Stray Dog Free Movement in Kerala, India. Stray dogs have become a major problem in the safety of the common people. There are incidents in which small kids are attacked by dogs on the roads across the country.
