1. Prepare All the Needed Equipment

You need to prepare your bathtub, some water, and your favorite bath products. Make sure the water is not too hot or too cold. Experts recommend lukewarm water because too hot or too cold water can increase your heart rate and add to your anxiety. Besides, you won’t spend enough time in the tub if the water isn’t comfortable.

2. Add Some Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy can help you relax and forget about your stressful day. Add a few drops of lavender oil to your bathtub and enjoy the calming scent. You can also add a drop or two of eucalyptus oil to help clear your sinuses.

3. Make It a Milk Bath

You may add milk to your bathtub to take your relaxation up a notch. Milk is full of lactic acid, which can help exfoliate your skin, leaving it feeling softer and smoother. Once you’re dried off, take a moment to apply lotion to your skin to help it stay hydrated. However, ensure that you don’t have plans for at least an hour after your bath to enjoy the full benefits of relaxation.
